Terms & Stay Policies
The base rates shown do not include the state (5.7%) and local (6.0%) taxes.
The base rates are offered based upon 2 adults. Provided the room type allows for additional occupants, there is an additional charge of $25 per person for each additional room occupant. There is no additional charge for children 5 and under. The maximum number of occupants per room is identified for each accommodation. If the occupancy numbers are exceeded, there will be a fee of $100 per person and the individual(s) may be asked to leave.
The base rate does not include incidental or damage charges that may be accessed as further described herein.
The full amount due for the stay must be paid in full prior to check-in. There are no refunds for early check out.
Guests must pay any outstanding balance by credit card or debit card in full prior to check-in. Captain’s Bounty is working towards soon implementing a contactless check-in experience for the convenience of our guests.
An additional incidentals / damage hold up to $75 per day may be required if a debit card is used. The hold will be removed within 48 hours of check-out pending confirmation of no incidentals / damages.
Deposit and Cancellation
A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking reservation. For 1 Night Stays, the full stay is due at the time of booking reservation.
No refunds will be issued for any early departures.
Stays of 1 – 3 Nights
Upon cancellation outside of 14 days prior to your check-in, your deposit will be refunded less $75.00 per room cancellation fee or at guest’s discretion, 100% of the deposit can be applied toward a future reservation in the form of a gift certificate. If you cancel within 14 days of check-in, you will be responsible for the payment of the entire reservation. If you cancel and we are able to re-rent any of the reserved rooms booked, a gift certificate will be issued, less the $75.00 per room cancellation fee, for the re-rented amount and it can be used towards a future stay.
Stays 4+ Nights Or More Than One Room In Reservation (revised 2/3/2025)
Upon cancellation outside of 14 days prior to your check-in, your deposit will be forfeited. If you cancel within 14 days of check-in, you will be responsible for the payment of the entire reservation. If you cancel and we are able to re-rent any of the reserved rooms booked, a gift certificate will be issued (less the $75.00 per room cancellation fee) for the re-rented amount and it can be used towards a future stay.
Check In & Check Out
Check-In is 3pm – 7pm.
Check-Out is by 10am.
Guests that have not checked out by 10am are subject to additional charges.
Traveling With Minors
Adult guests are solely responsible for the minors in their guest party at all times.
Parking
Convenient on-site parking is provided at no additional cost. One passenger vehicle per room. Guests are responsible for providing vehicle identification (Make/Model/Color) and License Plate at check-in and must hang the tag provided by the hotel on the vehicle rear view mirror or visible on the dashboard at all times while parked on-site. Unauthorized, untagged and vehicles parked anywhere other than the assigned parking space are subject to tow at all times, at the sole cost and risk of vehicle owner/lessee. No vehicle parking is permitted beyond guest check-out time.
No Smoking
For the health, safety, and comfort of our guests, our entire property is a 100% non-smoking establishment. This includes a prohibition against all all tobacco, marijuana, vaping, hookah, etc. Should smoking be detected in your room, you may be asked to check out at the discretion of the management and will be subject to a $250 cleaning and deodorizing fee. Smoking in our common areas (to include our outside areas on the property) will also warrant you being asked to leave. You will still be charged for your entire booked stay.
Cooking / Heating Equipment / Appliances
We have a zero tolerance policy with guests bringing any of their own heating or cooking appliances on property. This includes, but is not limited to, coffee machines, hot plates, toasters, griddles, barbeques, ovens, microwaves, etc. You may be asked to leave the property immediately if this policy is violated and will not be refunded for any remaining stay. The safety and well-being of our guests takes top priority.
Pets
Pets are only allowed on the first floor of Captain’s Bounty On The Beach (rooms 1-7).
All pets must be registered in the office and be accompanied by owner at all times. There will be an additional charge of $85.00 per pet per room. There is a maximum of 2 pets per room. Pets cannot be left in the room unaccompanied for any period of time and housekeeping must be able to have access to the room between 10:00am – 3:00pm. Front Beach is only open to dogs from September 16 – May 31 each year (on leash). Management reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to require a guest to remove any pet from the property that is dangerous, disruptive or not suited for stay at the property. No refunds will be issued if a pet is required to leave.
Age Requirements
You must be 21 years of age or older to book a room.
You must present approved government issued photo identification matching your reservation at check-in.
Night Quiet Policy
Night Quiet Hours are from 9pm to 8am daily. During this time, we ask guests to be particularly cognizant of others and to keep noise to an absolute minimum. At management’s discretion, an offending guest or group of guests may be offered a “first warning”, however thereafter management may require the guest to depart immediately, without refund.
Parties
Captain’s Bounty facilities, patio areas, parking and property are for registered guests only. No parties are allowed at any time. Any gathering or number of occupants exceeding the reservation shall be deemed a party. While management may offer a “first warning”, management reserves the right to immediately terminate the stay and/or contact the police without warning, at any time.
Damages
Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the property or persons caused by themselves, their invitees, or any person for whom they are responsible.
Personal Items
Captain’s Bounty is not responsible for guests’ personal belongings and valuables like money, jewelry or any other valuables left by guests in the rooms or vehicles.
