Twenty-five Oceanfront rooms, each with a private furnished balcony, sit directly on and overlooking Front Beach with panoramic views. Open your sliding door and let the ocean breeze right in. Oceanfront Rooms are all equipped with full bath, refrigerator, air conditioner, microwave, hair-dryer, WiFi, coffee pot and cable TV. Nine of the rooms are Oceanfront Efficiencies with fully equipped kitchens. There is also a beautiful penthouse suite with two full baths, full living room, full kitchen and king loft bedroom. There are also seven pet friendly rooms on the first floor (please note, Front Beach only permits dogs from September 16 – May 31, on leash).

Seventeen additional accommodations are directly across the street, offering fantastic ocean views and expanded outdoor balconies and decks for a comfortable and serene stay, still with immediate beach access just across the road. All Beach View accommodations are equipped with a bathroom (tub/shower or walk-in shower), refrigerator, air conditioner, microwave, hair-dryer, WiFi, coffee pot and cable TV. All rooms have ocean views of Front Beach and Sandy Bay from the room and/or accompanying sitting area, three king rooms have private decks. The First Mate’s quarters features a full kitchen, sitting area, bedroom and outdoor sitting area.
